Each event is unique, we provide a custom quote for every event.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Our goal is to provide a quote in less than 24 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have both general liability and liquor liability insurance.
What size events can you accommodate?
We can accommodate any size event. We’ve done events at SXSW with thousands of people, and we’ve had clients do small corporate events with 30 people.
DRINKS & CUSTOMIZATION
What kind of cocktails are available?
We’ve created drink menus with over 100 unique cocktail options. Click here to view the standard drink menus.
Can I customize things on the screen?
Definitely! You can make the experience unique to your event. We can add your very own drink names, menu name, menu background and video. Click here to view a video of what can be customized.
Can I use or create my own drink recipes?
Yes, if requested we will work with you to create your very own drink recipes. A tasting session is included to ensure you love the drink.
Will the quote include the ingredients?
Yes (unless directed otherwise) your quote will include all necessary alcohol and mixers.
Will I have to pick up the ingredients?
No (unless directed otherwise), to make your life easier we will arrive with all the necessary ingredients.
What do I have to do during the event?
Absolutely nothing. We will take care of all set up, bar operations, and clean up once the event is over.
What about under-age drinking?
You can order our tamper proof RFID wristbands for quests 21+ years old. When activated, only authorized wristbands can pour a drink from your machine(s).
Can I limit the number of drinks per wristband?
Yes, if requested we can program your wristbands with your desired number of drinks per.
DURING THE EVENT
PAYMENTS, RESCHEDULING FEE & CANCELLATION FEE
Please note, all of the following information is specific to events held in Atlanta, GA. Any events outside of Atlanta, GA will be negotiated on a case by case bases.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is due immediately after you approve the quote. A credit card will remain on file. The remaining balance will be charged after the event has concluded.
What if I need to reschedule my event?
You can reschedule without penalty up to 48 hours before the event date. If you reschedule within 48 hours of event, a $100.00 USD fee will be incurred.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel without penalty up to 7 days before your event. If you cancel within 7 days before the event, you will forfeit your 50% deposit (no refunds).
